The sponsored event will take place in school time on Thursday 9th February. This is not a school curriculum event and therefore participation is optional.
All children choosing to take part will get 5 minutes to bounce as many times as they can on a bouncy castle, which will be inside in the main hall.
Sponsorships can be obtained either for an event total sponsor or for a sponsor per bounce. We would also like to stress that there is no minimum sponsorship, and it could be as little as 10p total making it accessible for all.
The important thing to note is that the Sponsor form acts as a permission slip, agreeing for your child to go on a bouncy castle, showing awareness of the risks should they have a fall.
All forms should be back into school by Tuesday 7th February.
A member of staff will collate them in school and anyone who has not returned one will be sent an email later that day, as a final reminder to return the next morning.
Where any child has not had a form returned by the end of the school day on Wednesday 8th February, it will be assumed they are not to take part. No forms will be accepted on the day of the event so please do not attempt to send them in after the deadline.
We hope that this event provides a fun way to end a cold and dark half term before breaking for the spring half term and we would ask that any money collected is returned to the school with the completed form (which will be returned to you after the bounce), by Friday 24th February 2023.
