The school office is open from 8.30am until 4.15pm.

If your child is absent from school for any reason, please contact the office on 023 92 26374 and leave a message on the absence line.

If you know your child is going to be late, please contact the office after 8.30am.  When you arrive, please come to the office so you can sign them in.

Holidays during term time

Legislation states that Headteachers may not grant any leave of absence during term time unless there are exceptional circumstances.  There is however, no legal entitlement for time off in school time to go on holiday and in the majority of cases holiday will not be authorised.  Parents/Carers wishing to apply for a leave of absence need to fill in a "Request to Authorise Absence" form (also available from the school office), in advance and before making any travel arrangements.

Uniform

School uniform is currently available to purchase through your child’s Scopay account (please contact the office if you need a copy of your passcode)

Skoolkit in Havant also supply our uniform, we will be transitioning fully to Skoolkit in September.

Cashless School

With the exception of Water Bottles (£1 cash directly from the office), pre-loved uniform and PIPSA events, we are a cashless school.  Please ensure you have set up your Scopay account.
 

Medicines

We can administer prescribed medication that is required to be taken 4 times a day.  Written consent must be given (Parental agreement to Administer Medicines form).  All medication must be brought to the office and signed in/out each day.

 

Change of Details

If you change your telephone number or address at any point during the school year, please either email us or complete the “Change of Address” form.
